soooo, DON’T WRITE ‘I LOVE EDWARD CULLEN’ IN RED MARKER ACROSS THE FREAKING BATHROOM DOOR

I watched Twilight, it was okay, it didn’t turn my world upside down or send vampires from whatever-vania into my life, and while the movie didn’t touch a nerve I am really getting irritated at all the fanmania. And, pity for the poor janitors who clean the freaking fangirl vandalism off the walls and doors.

First thing. THE ACTOR’S NAME IS ROBERT PATTINSON, so stop screaming down the mountains ‘EDWARD CULLLENNNN’ because I will hit you. Honestly, if he wasn’t the lead actor I doubt that Twilight would have got half of the popularity it enjoys (atm). After studying film, I (and probably most of my classmates) see movies in terms of technical aspects, the camera angles and lighting and sound effects and whatnot, so we are less likely to fall victim to the fangirl-squealing-in-theater-darnnit-I’m-trying-to-watch-here-woman syndrome.

tl: dr;

-Twilight was average, or a little above. It certainly isn’t on the same level that I reserve proudly for Narnia.

-Yes, I am a girl. In this case, not a fangirl.

-No, I do not have a crush on a huge lion, I just enjoyed the story and the presentation of Narnia more than Twilight.

Been rereading Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Like, the original one, without the fancy car? It’s good. Admittedly a little sappy in some parts, the characters are old (yes, old as in old, not I’ve-been-17-for-like-ages old; forget fangirling over them) and OMG A WOMAN HAS BRAINS (and USES them! double OMG). Cause I don’t like Bella. For her lousy decision-making.
